How do I apply?

Select which apartment you would like and your desired lease length. Click 'Continue' and you will be prompted to enter your email and begin your application process.

What are the application and move-in fees?

At Highlands at Alexander Pointe, an application fee may apply for each individual applicant, and an administrative fee may apply per apartment home. All residents 18 or older must complete an application.
