Identity Verification

Each applicant completes an identity verification process to help ensure a secure and fraud-free application experience.

Income Verification

We use Snappt, a secure and encrypted income verification service, to confirm that all applicants meet our income requirements. Applicants should demonstrate income of at least three times the monthly base rent. Snappt can verify a variety of income sources, including pay stubs, bank statements, and many forms of self-employment or gig income.

Credit & Background Screening

As part of our application process, all applicants undergo a credit and criminal background screening. These evaluations help us maintain a responsible and welcoming community for all residents.

Rental History Verification

Our team verifies rental history to ensure applicants are in good standing with previous housing providers. We review factors such as payment history and any outstanding rental obligations.

Trusted Screening Partners

We partner with industry-leading screening providers, including LeasingDesk, to conduct application screenings. In some cases, additional review options may be available through OneApp.

Important Income Documentation Information

To help avoid delays in the application process, please note that Snappt accepts a variety of income documentation, including pay stubs, bank statements, and certain self-employment income records. Tax returns and offer letters cannot be used as standalone income verification documents, and additional supporting documentation may be required.
